In late 2006, Innova teamed with steel fabricators, erectors, and the general contractor to provide designs, rigging, and on-the-fly field retrofits for over 100 stair systems at the Aria Resort and Casino, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and Sinatra Parking Garage. Because the steel fabricator and erector were not local to Las Vegas, Innova also served as a liaison between our clients and the general contractor, construction manager, and the engineer of record for the project to resolve issues and help keep the project on track. The project concluded in December 2009.
