Remodel consisted of replacing the “tent membrane structure” that houses the existing Casino with a modern two-story, 202,111 square foot building.
Innova provided structural engineering for all of the interior stud framing including partition walls, soffits, architectural elements, drop ceilings and acoustical ceilings. In addition to the interior design, Innova designed exterior framing for the entry wall to support large arched transom windows. We also provided stud framing for the architectural features of the porte cochere including column wraps, beam wraps and roof trusses.
