RTC Las Vegas-Boulder City Express

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) was in the process of constructing a series of shelters and arterial improvements to accommodate a new express service between the Downtown station and Boulder City, serviced by a fleet of new vehicles specially purchased for this purpose.
Las Vegas Paving is the contractor in charge of the project and approached Innova to provide value engineering solutions to streamline the construction of bus stops with double-curved roofs and many different foundations.
Innova developed a number of alternatives that were presented to RTC management and allowed Las Vegas Paving to optimize the fabrication and erection of the shelters while saving the client money.
