Ibex Medical Building

Ibex Partners developed a medical building in the vicinity Saint Rose Boulevard and Eastern Avenue in Henderson for the Las Vegas Pain Institute. The facility consists of a large underground post-tensioned parking with an area of 46,200 square feet with three stories tilt-up building on top. The facility located in 1.3 acres of land offers 40,000 square feet dedicated to medical offices in a very vibrant section of the Las Vegas Valley.
The large underground parking was designed using mild reinforcement concrete as were the three levels and roof of the facility.
Innova was engaged by the owner to optimize the design of the parking garage slab and the floors using post-tensioned slabs. The resulting structure increased the ceiling heights and allowed for easy HVAC and mechanical equipment layout below slabs as all the beams were eliminated.
Additionally, Innova provided construction engineering services that included ramps, stairs, elevators, trash enclosures, generator building, light poles, etc.
