Every project presents challenges for the contractor. The larger and more complicated the project is, the more likely the contractor will need additional support to develop the right solution. If outside expertise is needed to solve the problem during construction, the same outside expertise will be an asset to the contractor at the beginning stages to help them closely capture the costs and risk on the contract. Robert Naples, Vice President of Innova Technologies, will share his experiences on some major construction projects.

Rob's program will cover the significance and relevance of Construction Engineering at planning stages of any job.

Attendees will learn from Rob's experience; specifically:

The topic will be Lean in Construction (maximize value and minimize waste) and the Community of Practice with a discussion on Lean/IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).
