Mr. Robert Naples, P.E. has more than 16 years of experience as a designer and project manager for structural type projects.  Mr. Naples came to Innova in 2007 from an assignment on a design-build contractor and from the offices of William A. Kibbe & Associates in Saginaw, Michigan.

Through his career, Mr. Naples was exposed frequently to the requirements presented by design-build and fast-paced projects for industrial, institutional, and commercial markets. Since joining Innova, he has taken on additional responsibilities that include contract negotiations, proposal writing, and contacts with clients and sub-consultants. He has proven that he is able to track and deliver multiple projects, coordinating the work between all of those involved.
